Discovery Centres

The Ulster Museum interactive discovery centres, Discover Art, History and Nature offer unique and exciting learning experiences to people of all ages. This is where you can get hands-on with some of the most unusual and fascinating items from our collections.

Please note, Discovery Centres can be booked by school groups, so it may not always be possible to gain access to all or some of the centres during your visit.

Sessions for Community Groups

Objects tell Stories: Hands-on sessions for adult community groups can be booked with our experienced facilitators. These are midweek half hour sessions starting at 2pm. They are most suitable for groups who aren’t frequent visitors to the museum.
